After orders are placed, all orders are processed within 24 hours. Estimates standard delivery time is between 3 - 7 business days. We only ship out orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will get processed on the following Monday. During high volume times, orders may be delayed. If the order is delayed, customers will be notified immediately.
Orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. After tracking number is provided, FS Luxxe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Shipping and billing addresses must MATCH for all orders. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. FS Luxxe is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to the address being entered incorrectly.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If any product is out of stock, it will say “Sold Out”. Due to the high demand of our products, items sell out quickly. All items normally restock within 7 to 14 days. If an item is sold out that you need, please email us at support@fsluxxehair.com and we will notify you once the item is available again.
